Jason has worked
within the Health and Safety arena for approximately 12 years. He began his career at Devon Fire
and Rescue Service where he worked for 6 years before moving to Westcountry Ambulance Service as
their Health and Safety Manager. Following a sustained period of training Jason added security
to his portfolio and became Health, Safety and Security Manager before joining the Met Office
in January 2007 as the Health, Safety, Security and Environment Manager.
Jason has lived and worked in the Exeter area for most of his life and is married with two young
children. Although time for social activities is limited he enjoys playing 5 a side football
whenever possible and trys to play golf without embarrasing himself or his playing partners too much.
